Space 59 is located on Shoshone Street. This lot is two spaces away from our bridge which overlooks the Victorian Ditch that runs between the two phases of the building of Westlake Park. The Victorian Ditch is on the north side of space 59. Just north of the bridge you will find our laundry room, a swimming pool. And a spa for 8, Resident and their accompanied guest to enjoy from the hours of 9: am until 9: pm. Also known as the smaller Clubhouse of our Park. Better known in the early days of Westlake as the Craft Room. Our Craft Room is used primarily for our Food Pantry. This is under the care and supervision of June Ross and Edna Gossett. Thank you, to the both of you. Our Main Clubhouse is located on the south side of our bridge. This is known as phase one of Westlake Park, this phase began its history in January 1972. Inside our Clubhouse you will find the Park Office. Further inside is our large dining room. We have a full size kitchen with two standard sized ovens. We have many more items available for our residents to use and enjoy. Our Clubhouse has a library; we have many different books available to read. Our library is maintained by our resident Eileen, thank you Mrs. Phelps. Down the hall you will find our men and ladies rooms. We also have a billiards room with three full size pool tables. On any given day, at any given time, you will find many of our residents playing pool for hours. Both the men and women play. We also have two card rooms. One is for the ladies, the other for the men. In the ladies card room the residents spending time during the week sharing God's praise, and singing in song in His worship. As you look out south from any of the rooms, you will find a beautiful view of the lake that gave our Park its name, Westlake Mobilehome Park.
